Terms of Service

1. What you are buying

A NW Hub key gives one person the right to run the NW Hub scripts. You are buying access, not the code. The scripts stay ours, and nothing here transfers ownership of them.

One key belongs to one buyer. Sharing it, reselling it or handing it to a second person ends the access, with no refund.

2. Delivery

Delivery is instant and automatic. Your key appears on the confirmation page as soon as the payment clears, and a copy goes to the email address you entered at checkout.

Keep that key. It is not sent a second time. If nothing arrives, open a ticket on Discord with your order reference and we sort it out.

Orders are final. Once placed, an order is not refunded, and a delivery problem is settled with a key rather than with money. See the Refund Policy.

3. Updates, and scripts breaking

Games get patched, and a script can stop working without warning. Fixing it after each patch is the whole job here, and it is what your key pays for.

A script being down for a while is expected. It is not a defect and it is not a reason for a refund. See the Refund Policy.

4. Keys and accounts

  • Your key is your responsibility.
  • A lost, shared or deleted key is not restored.
  • Account transfers are not guaranteed.

5. How the scripts must be used

  • NW only. No spy, no dumper, no other hub running beside our scripts.
  • Auto execute. Check your executor settings. A third party script starting next to NW can trigger a detection, and that one is on you.
  • No tampering. Do not modify, repackage or redistribute the scripts.

6. On the Discord

  • Respect. No harassment, hate speech or discrimination.
  • Spam. No flooding, no ping chains.
  • NSFW. Nothing inappropriate outside the channels made for it.
  • Advertising. No other server, hub or service.
  • Channels. Each script stays in its own channel. No mention, clip or screenshot anywhere else.
  • Reporting. A problem comes to us in a ticket, not in public. Announcing that a script is down in general chat hurts the hub before we can even look at it.

7. Permanent blacklist

These end your access for good, with no refund and no appeal:

  • Backdooring, whitehatting or reporting the hub.
  • Leaking features or methods.
  • Claiming publicly that a script is down or detected instead of telling us.
  • Advertising another hub.
  • Misinformation in reviews.
  • Tampering with the script.
  • Sharing an account, a key or a whitelist slot.
  • Opening a chargeback or a payment dispute instead of a ticket.

8. Enforcement

  • Warning, then mute, then kick, then ban. Severity can skip steps.
  • Blacklists are permanent.
  • Disagree with a sanction? Ticket, not chat.

9. Roblox

NW Hub is not affiliated with Roblox Corporation or with the developers of the games it supports. Using third party scripts can get a Roblox account moderated or banned, and that risk is yours alone. We do not compensate for anything that happens to your account.

10. Changes

These terms can change. The version shown on this page is the one that applies. Buying a key means you accept it.
