What this covers
This page says what happens to your data when you buy from this shop. The shop runs on SellAuth, which hosts the store and handles checkout, so SellAuth processes the same data on our behalf.
What is collected
- Your email address, entered at checkout. It carries your key and your receipt.
- Order details: what you bought, when, the amount, and the order reference.
- Payment data, handled by the payment processor. Card numbers never reach us, and we never see them.
- Technical data kept by the platform for fraud checks: IP address, country, browser.
- Your Discord username, if you open a support ticket.
What is never asked
Your Roblox password, or the password of any other account. Nobody from NW Hub will ever ask for one. Anyone who does is not us.
What it is used for
- Delivering your key and your receipt.
- Answering support tickets and checking an order really is yours.
- Blocking fraud and chargeback abuse.
Your data is not sold, and it is not sent to anyone beyond what an order needs.
Who else sees it
- SellAuth, which hosts the shop and processes orders.
- The payment processor you choose at checkout, for the payment itself.
How long it is kept
Order records are kept as long as the shop runs, for support, accounting and fraud checks. Support tickets are kept as long as the Discord server exists.
Your say
Ask for a copy of what is held on you, or for your data to be deleted, in a ticket on the Discord. Deleting an order record also ends the support and the key attached to it.
