Refund Policy

All sales are final

Every product here is a digital key, sent the moment your payment clears. Once an order is placed, it is not refunded. There is no cooling off period, no partial refund and no exception.

That is the trade for instant delivery and a $5 entry price: a key that has been revealed cannot be taken back, so the money cannot go back either. By buying, you accept this.

What you get instead

No refund does not mean no support. If something goes wrong on our side, it gets fixed, at no cost to you:

• No key arrived. Open a ticket and a key is issued to you.
• The key was invalid or already used. It is replaced.
• You were charged twice for the same order. The second order is fulfilled as a second key, or extended on the first one. Tell us which you prefer.

Every one of these is settled with a key, not with money.

What is not our problem

• A script is down after a game patch. Games change and scripts break. Repairing them after each patch is the job your key pays for, so a period without service is expected and is not a defect.
• You changed your mind, or bought the wrong offer.
• Your executor does not run it, or your setup is unsupported. Ask in a ticket before buying, it takes a minute.
• Your Roblox account was moderated or banned. That risk is yours, and it is stated in the Terms.
• Your key was shared, leaked or lost.

Chargebacks

Open a ticket before doing anything else. A chargeback or a payment dispute filed instead of a ticket ends your access for good and puts you on the permanent blacklist, whatever the bank decides, and the evidence of delivery is kept for every order.

The monthly key

The monthly offer is a single payment, not a subscription. Nothing renews on its own and there is nothing to cancel: the key stops working 30 days after it starts, and you buy another one when you want more time.

Unused days are not refunded, and a key that has expired is not extended for free.
